What is the cancellation policy?
Any cancellation within 2 days of arrival and for bookings over public holidays will incur 1 days accommodation or 10% penalty, whichever is greater. All other cancellations will incur a 10% penalty of total booking.
When is the reception open?
We are open 8.00am - 6.00pm everyday. However there is always someone on site and late check ins can be arranged.
